Jesus Martinez is a talented producer, engineer, and musician from LA. He began playing requinto at age 11 with his father, then, after graduating from Berklee College of Music, he joined Tres Souls, a trio dedicated to the 1940s bolero genre. In 2018, he arranged, produced, and engineered their EP, which inspired him to found Decibel Studios. His studio provides high-quality recordings of regional Mexican music using premium equipment.

His latest project, Boleros With Attitude (BWA), blends boleros with hip hop, a genre that was itself rooted in fusion: African American, Afro-Caribbean, and Latino cultures from 70s era Bronx. Martinez taps into the romantic sounds of bolero while recreating hard hitting beats, an innovation that has won over millions. BWA's first EP, released in 2024, topped the iTunes Latin Charts and built a strong social media following.

Jesus's innovative use of Triad-Orbit products in his studio enhances workflow, ensuring precise microphone placement and superior sound quality.
