A return merchandise authorization (RMA), must accompany all merchandise returns. Please call 206-780-1900 to obtain a RMA number, NO EXCEPTIONS! A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all merchandise that is returned with damaged or missing packaging.
Orders for TRIAD-ORBIT stands and components purchased from our online store ship from the ACCESS distribution center in Kingston WA. All orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping and leave ACCESS in good condition. Any claims for shortages or damages must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. If cartons arrive damaged or have been tampered with, the customer is responsible for notifying carrier immediately. Please save damaged cartons for inspection.
All orders within the United States and Canada over $500.00 qualify for UPS or USPS standard shipping at no additional charge. Please allow 7-14 days for orders within the Continental United States (longer for AL, HI, US Territories, and Canada). Expedited shipping is an option at checkout on our secure shopping cart and available on request for phone orders.
